This 1 Thing is Helping Nervous People Sleep Better

Introduction

Nervous people often have trouble with sleep, focus, and being productive at work.  This one thing is helping many people get better sleep, have better focus, find clarity, and improve their health thus having a better life.

Nervous people often have trouble with sleep, focus, and being productive at work. This one thing is helping many people get better sleep, have better focus, find clarity, and improve their health thus having a better life.  Simply put, life shouldn't be this kind of a struggle.  It keeps you from being the person you were created to be.  Your life is run by fear instead of action leaving you to do a lot of self reflection by asking, what if?

Having many friends and co-workers who struggle with anxiety and being nervous about absolutely everything, I saw how it would literally cripple them from making a decision, they couldn't enjoy life, worried the made up scenarios in their mind would actually play out in real life.

Fear does that to us. Concerned for my friends and obviously having gone through trials of my own in which my level of stress and anxiety seemed overwhelming, I started searching.

Before I share with you what it is, I need to share with you my journey for having come to my conclusion. I can't make this decision for anyone else, except myself but here is what I went through...

Google Search "Reduce anxiety..."

Like everyone in today's age, I began with a Google search. If you do one search in Google for "reduce anxiety," ``reduce stress," or "reduce nervousness," you literally become overwhelmed by the answers.

There is everything from pills, potions, creams, baths, and very unconventional methods I'd rather not talk about.  I wrote off pills from big pharma immediately.

A quick backstory - I've had 3 friends in my life on pills from big pharma (company names I won't name to avoid a lawsuit).  Each of the three friends told me that they went to their doctor for help to"reduce anxiety" and ended up more depressed, suicidal thoughts, and struggled with friendships even more.

Yet, this very thing is what our doctors (professionals) continue to give nervous people right out the gate...why is this?  This stuff is very questionable regarding increased depression and suicides, especially in minors (Trusted source 1, Trusted source 2).

Why aren't we looking for other remedies and "prescribing" them first?  Has anyone considered a natural alternative?  Of course they have, but nature doesn't make big pharma money.

Having just asked those questions, many people today immediately toss you off as a conspiracy theorist, a noob, and label you all kinds of other names.  It's very frustrating considering I have been in the natural healing world for over 10 years and have seen wonderful things in that time for which modern American Medicine couldn't touch.

Anyway, trying to stay on track...
